Introducing Records (previously “Achievements”) for Android! This new feature will be rolling out gradually to all users, so keep an eye out.
Along with a major revamp of Fitbod’s Exercise History, you’ll now be able to see and celebrate exercise milestones after a workout.
Access your Exercise History by tapping “Trends” in the upper right corner of your screen, or hit the three dots next to the name of any exercise and select “Exercise History.”

Optimal rest time is an important part of your next best workout, and Fitbod for Android just made it easier to know when it’s time to start your next set.
We’re excited to bring you the newest feature in Android parity: Rest Timer Notifications!
Turn the Rest Timer Notification on with the toggle in Notifications within your App Settings.
When your rest timer is on, you’ll now be able to browse other apps, lock your device, and be notified when it’s time to get back to work!

Our workout recommendations are core to the Fitbod experience and we're always working to improve them. We're excited to bring you:
- Greater accuracy in exercise variety based on your available equipment and workout history.
- Greater accuracy of the number of exercises recommended per muscle group.
- Upper/Lower and Push/Pull/Lower splits will now always follow the correct progression: Upper -> Lower, and Push -> Pull -> Lower.

Just as promised, we're excited to bring you logging and adding sets right from your Wear OS device.
With this release you can now complete your entire Fitbod workout right from your wrist. Start and stop, log and add sets, and track you entire workout from your watch. Other features coming soon: rest timers and stop watches and editing your exercise details on your watch.

Fitbod is excited to share a big update, the Fitbod Wear OS app!
You can now start, stop and track your workout right from your wrist. While still in early stages, other features coming soon include: logging sets from your watch, rest timers and stop watches, and editing your exercise details on your watch.
This update also includes the much anticipated functionality of having calories calculated for your cardio exercises. Cardio exercises will now count towards your total workout calories.
